• Obtain Practical Completion Certificate (PCC) in conjunction with architects services
• Obtain Certificate of Occupancy (OC) in conjunction with architects services
• Resolution to outstanding building issues
• Release of bank guarantees – Practical Completion (PC)
• Assist with FF&E delivery program (If required in accordance with Program)
+Handover
• Client representative for handover from builder
• Compile and issuance of ALL Essential Services Manuals (site specific)
• Handover of manual to client and clients representatives.
+Defects Period
• Manage 6 /12 month defect process against prepared defects list.
• Release of bank guarantees at conclusion of Defects Liability Period (DLP)
+Repairs & Maintenance
• Develop site specific R&M systems & procedures
• Develop site specific – Essential Services Program
• Maintain Essential Services Program on agreed services contracted under DAM26
